ISP/Mail Service Provider.

When I click the spamcop link it would appear you can only request
this is removed if you are the administrator?!

Actually, it's very easy to get delisted at spamcop. It's automatic when
the spam stops; nothing to do unless you're spamming, in which case you stay
listed or get relisted. Plus they only list the spamming IP, no ranges.
Spamcop isn't the listing source to be very afraid of. dsnstuff.com is a
handy place to see where you're listed.
