Maybe try asking in an Email newsgroup, or an Excel newsgroup. This is
neither. This is an ACCESS newsgroup. Access is a database.

Please note that I have seen your question before (many times) rather than
posting it again, why don't you simply do a search and read the previous
posts that include a resolution?

Before posting to a newsgroup you should always look for your answer in the
previous posts.
