You won't find a resolution in the KB because there is no Microsoft-sanctioned solution for this situation. You might consider using the Express ClickYes program discussed at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup.htm#auto. Note, however, that using this program will leave your users wide open to any viruses that harvests address information or sends messages through Outlook. I don't recommend it for that reason.

The best solution would be to replace this old application with a newer one more suited to today's virus- and spam-filled world.
