Default Access 2007 - adding data to a sub form

Thank you for your response Tom, and apologies for not getting back to you
sooner ... just got in from work and picked up your reply.

I take your point, but would prefer not to have a pop up form .. is there a
way to go immediately to the new record, right now access tabs to the first
record/line on the subform, is the re a way it can automatically go to the
prompt for the new record which appears after the last line of data
previously entered?

Thanks for your help, which is much appreciated

Typically it is not very productive to work against the way Access
normally functions. That said, you can create a popup form, enter new
data there, and upon submit save it to the database and requery the
subform.

Hello ... When adding data to a subform, I would like the prompt, ie the
new
line to appear in front of the data already in the table and shown on the
subform, which is continuous.

Any help on this would be most appreciated.
