Default Copying multiple pages from one publication to another

In that case I would consider printing out an as is copy for reference then
do as I suggested and then cut and paste the stranded items.

Might be worth a try but use working copies of the files.

Thanks Don, that's good to know. The only problem is that I've used
multiple
objects on a page e.g. graphics, tool tips in smaller text boxes, etc

If the pages are linked, here's an ugly way I've used.

Make the text box on page one as large as you are able. This will put
all
of the text from all the pages on page one. Size down the font if needed.
Now do a Copy of page one and then a Paste into the other file. Add as
many
blank, linked pages as the from file had and resize page one to the size
wanted. The text will now flow onto all the blank pages thus completing
the
merge.

I use Publisher 2000

I create technical training guides and often need to copy multiple pages
i.e.
10 - 20 from one publication and insert them into another publication.
At
the moment, the only way I can partially achieve this is by copying the
objects from a two page spread. Is there a way to copy multiple pages
from
one Publisher publication to another?
