Default Need to view more appts per day

If you turn on the Navigation Pane to the left of the calendar
(View:Navigation Pane:Normal) then whatever weeks you highlight will be shown
on the large monthly calendar. You can choose between 1 and 6 weeks. The
less weeks you choose - the more appts/day you can see.

appointments I have when PRINTED. I know I can see them on the screen by
switching to Day or Week View, but what I need is a calendar that I can
physically carry around with me that shows all of my appointments.

functions that define a calendar: record all of my appointments so I can
read
them.

The Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant helps to address that. There are
other tools as well. Find many he
