Unless you can print from other programs, this most likely isn't a Word
issue.

Press "Windows key" + r. In the box that shows up, type "services.msc"
(without the quotes). Scroll down the list to locate "Print Spooler". If it
is not started, try to start it. Preferably set its startup type to
"Automatic".
