Thank you Bob, but I don't see the "To Do Bar" anywhere under View. I am
running Outlook 2003...

One has one calendar showing in the top left. One has three calendars going
down vertically. One has two vertically. Now all of us are wondering how to

Are you all using the same version of Outlook and all using the exact same
view?
