Default Office 2010 - CRM - Invalid argument

Using Office Professional Plus 2010 and CRM 4.0 (32bit)
When trying to send an email, on behalve of a distribution list, and
tracking the email with CRM,
I get the message: Invalid Argument

We had this issue within the company with office 2007, but the problem
seemed to be when selecting the from email address from the "auto memory"
The solution was to click "From" and select it from the list.

This does not seem to solve the problem with office 2010.
is there a different work around or a solution to this?
