Hello

I'm confused!

Some time ago, I set OE6 to read my incoming Hotmail and also send mail via
the Hotmail account. About 4 months ago, it stopped working and I couldn't
be bothered to figure out why as I had more important matters to deal with.
I've just started "playing" with connecting via a proxy and, lo and behold,
I just received an incoming Hotmail e-mail into OE6!!!

To my recollection, I hadn't changed any settings in OE6 when it stopped
working and the only thing that I've done differently today is that I've
connected via the proxy.

Any idea what's happened and why? I would like to get it working normally
when I connect directly, withut using a proxy.
