4. What is the Make and Model of the printer?

I am not sure, because I just ran the MS Access database without
opening any databases and the message show to install MS Access which
I beleive it updates something.

It is possible to miss one but can not tell which one or MS Access
just corruppted on those machines.

The symptom is application title bar missing and does not show in task
manager and unable to print reports which 18 pages and more,
After running the MS Access, all problems are gone.

Is it Microsoft magic?
