If the checkbox is neith 0 or -1 then it is null.
Try this --
SELECT tblSite.Site, tblSite.Lab
FROM tblSite
WHERE tblSite.Lab = IIF([Forms]![My Sites Groups]![CheckLab] Is Null,
Between -1 AND 0, [Forms]![My Sites Groups]![CheckLab]);
