I'm having the same problem sending/receiving with a similar synchronization error since getting DSL, and sometimes can't delete or move emails to a folder either... says "Outlooks request to server failed, server responded". A temporary fix is to send myself an email, once received then I can sometimes get my other new messages, delete etc. Any suggestions??

I can send and receive email with Outlook Express 2003 with no problems. I really want to use Outlook 2003 instead of Outlook
Express 2003.

I just had DSL installed with MSN Premium as my ISP.
