Default Cannot open Outlook 2003 at all

A week or two before my hard drive turned into a brick, I performed a monthly
backup to my ClickFree backup device..
After I set up my new computer, I restored what I could. I'm pretty sure
that I uninstalled the trial Office 2007 and installed the Office 2003
Professional after I had restored what I could from my backup.
Since my old HD turned into a brick without warning, I was not able to
migrate anything.

What did you do to migrate your Outlook data and connect it to your current
Outlook profile?
Nothing was done correctly, I would surmise.
