First format the column the way that you want it (i.e. Date ,Type:
"14-Mar-01")
In the first cell say A2 put "31-Dec-10".
In the cell below it (A3) put "=A2 - 1"
It will change to 30-Dec-10
Then just copy cell A3 down until you get to "1-Jaan-10"
