Default Including non related text in a report

The first prompt in the query is by an expression.

Expr1: InStr("," & [Enter Letter ID (seperate multiple records by a comma,
no spaces: ] & ",","," & [LetterID] & ",")

Then when I aded in a further expression for the date, that's when it went a
bit pete tong.
