Default Outlook Connector Updates Fail when not Administrator

I just launched Outlook today, and Outlook Connector wanted to install an
update. Well, I almost never run as Administrator: I'm usually a Power User.
The installer failed when it attempted to uninstall the previous version (at
least, that is what the error message implied). So first, I tried to run the
Windows Live Installer to install the updated version of Connector, but it
does not recognize that Connector needs to be updated. So I then ran Outlook
as Administrator (Because you cannot right-click on the Outlook icon and
click "Run As...", I launched a command prompt as Administrator, navigated to
the folder Outlook is installed in, and then launched Outlook). However, I do
not have any Connector accounts setup under the Administrator account, so
Connector under Administrator does not notice that it needs to update. So, I
had to setup one of my current accounts with the Administrator account's
Outlook to get Connector to update. This is all very annoying, but still
doable (by those of us who know how to get around). I would prefer a system
where the installer asks for Administrator Privleges when it starts up so
that I do not have to do all this "Run As..." stuff, but I haven't seen any
applications anywhere that do anything like that. So, at the very least, I
would really like to have Connector be able to check for updates without
having to have a connector account installed.
