Go right click on the x axis then click format axis, go to
scale, then make sure "Value (Y) axis crosses between
categories" is not checked.

I want to manually make a histogram. I create a bar
chart
and set the gap to zero. The problem I have is with the
x-
axis data labels. They are aligned with the bars. For a
histogram they should be aligned with the tick marks (the
divisions between bars) since they indicate boundaries.

How do I move the labels??????
