I just bought a new Toshiba laptop and I am trying to set up my email and
first thing is to install Microsoft Office for the first time on the puter.
It asks for Product Key number which I did enter correctly....5 times...and
it says it is invalid....where does one go from there?? It is the Product Key
number on the sticker which is on the CD which came with the computer, it is
not a sticker which is sometimes on a computer itself....This is not my first
computer and I am familiar with the process...but never had this problem
before, I have heard that this can happen if there is a certain font that is
not installed, which sounds ridiculous....please answer soon...I have 14 days
to decide to keep this thing and I am seriously leaning toward going MAC at
this point. Thanks
