Default Watched threads in newsgroups question

To be sure you don't have any thread watched, check View | Sort By |

For some reason I am getting an indication that some threads are
being "watched" but there are none. I have tried the "catch up"
option but this did not remove the red indicator. Does anyone have
any idea why this is happening? All threads have been read and none
are marked. Thanks.

Thanks but I am afraid I have made matters even worse. In the process of
unsubscribing and resubscribing to that one NG I have resulted in an OE
error that prevented OE from starting. A message store error. (0x800c0133).
I did a System file chk that prompted me to place XP set-up disk in drive. I
downloaded IE6 and attempted to run this and got a message to restart. I did
so forgetting I had the set-up disk in the drive. I waited until I got a
chance to abort install but it seems now I have an aborted install and my
System no longer boots to windows. It hangs at the Windows XP screen and
that is it.

Now I am afraid to do anything before I can figure out what to do. I have
to use another System until I get that one restored.
