Form based on select query

Check the form's Record Source Property. Does it name the query, or does it use
a SQL statement? If it uses a SQL statement, you either need to change it to
the name of the query or amend the SQL statement so that the new columns are
included. After you change the Record Source Property, save the form and reopen
the Field List. The new column names will be listed.
