What is the error message?

I recently made a menu project on publisher 03. But now everytime i try to open
it, i get an error message. It won't let me do anything with the file, then it will
just restart the program all over. I know the problem isn't with the file, i tried
opening it on another computer and it works.
Anyone have any idea what the heck is wrong?
