Default Unlinking text boxes

Surelyknot was very recently
heard to utter:
Thanks Ed. I understand what you are saying about the text being in
the overflw area of box n. But in trying your solution, I do the
Select to end of story, cut, break the link and then the text from
n+2 comes into the box where n+1 was. Then when I paste back into
that box, it says do I want to use overflow and I say NO or else I'll
just be back to where I started.

The text from n+2 onwards should be on the clipboard, not in the n+1st text
box.

You paste back into the text box from which you cut, which should now be
empty as it has no link flowing into it. It should be the first box in a
second chain.
