1. No, the gmail appointments are not hers. It is another user who uses
gmail. For some reason, that user's google calendar entries appear on the
delegate's calendar. What's even weirder is that those calendar entries are
not even on the user's Outlook calendar who has the gmail account.

2. For the MS article, it says this appplies to MS Office 2007 but the
delegate has Office 2003. Still okay to apply the registry change? Also, to
confirm, I am applying the regsitry change to the delegate's calendar, right?

1. Are they her gmail appointments? Is she syncing with a smartphone
that syncs with gmail?
