Never mind, I just stopped using Outlook 2002.
Problem Solved.

(0x8004210B) and (0x80042109).
I readded the Account, and the Error code goes away, nothing is shown,
no error message or anything as before.
I tried to do the Detect and Repair function under help, but that did
not solve my problem eather.
