Default outlook options "the file does not exist" when pressing ok to exitoptions

Has anyone managed to resolve this?

Yes of course, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, 2010 creating a new
PST, Scan PST. Any changes to the Options in Outlook will not save, but they
are OK in Word/Excel.
