If you downloaded the setup file for H&S you have to uninstall the trial &
reboot your PC prior to installing

it, and started set-up. I was able to enter the activation code and got to
the first window -- "Configuration Progress". All three times I attempted
to
activate, this window stopped with the progress bar at about 30%. The
longest
I let it run was 45 minutes. I've tried from Excel, Word and PowerPoint
with
the same result. I have Norton installed but I did 'allow' the download
when
asked.
