Default How can I add a contact's direct reports to email?

I never noticed they were missing in 2007/2010 until I brought up an Outlook
2003 system. g

These To, CC, BCC buttons are missing from the GAL contact form in 2007:

I don't see a way to click on the ribbon while in the address book.


I don't have Outlook 2007 in an Exchange environment, so thanks for
