Default Oultook 2007 fails to connect using outlook anywhere

What is the exact error returned to you?
Hold CTRL and then right click on the Outlook icon in the Notification Area.
Choose Test E-mail AutoConfiguration. What is logged there?
Also, enable logging by going to Tools- Options- tab Other- button
Advanced Options...
Try to connect now and do a send/receive. What is written to the log file?

From a remote office connected to the Internet, using Win XP and Outlook
2007
I cannot connect to the sbs2003 exchange server at head office using
Outlook
Anywhere.
With another laptop (also on Win XP and Outlook 2007) I can.

Process to date:

1. Laptop A & B use Win XP and Outlook 2007
2. Both on the same wireless Internet connection
3. Both can connect to the Internet OK
4. Both can connect using VPN
5. Both use exactly the same Outlook Anywhere account settings
(
https://mail.ourdomain.co.uk, Basic Authentication etc...)
6. A connects straight away, B does not
7. Both users members of Internet, Mobile Users and Remote users groups.
8. Both can connect to OWA
9. Also logged on at laptop B as admin and tried to connect - no joy

Banging my head against the wall trying to think where this is going
wrong.

I have 2 laptops with Outlook 2007 who cannot connect.
(this one and another at a different site)
I have 4 laptops with Outlook 2007 who have no trouble.
I have 5 with Outlook 2003 who never have had any trouble???
(not all at the same remote office)

Any help please

Thanks for your time
