Yes! I created a new profile, associated to the same old .pst file and everything turned to right.
I am suspiscious about a certain OVBp41oO2P4. It was at the root start to be initialized with the login. It is associated to \users\public\msng.exe; Whenever this file is active, MS Essentials find the Pushbot.gen!C worm. Since this worm was initially found, Outlook begun not to work.
Now I disabled this OVB file, and everything is right.
Have you ever heard about such a problem?
Thanks again.
