Double Underline cells in PowerPoint 2007 tables

I don't have 2007, but even with all the adverse comments about it, I
can't image that the drawing facilities have been removed.
They haven't been. All of the same features are there, and new ones have been
added. There are simply no more toolbars; everything's on the new Ribbon
interface instead.

No there aren't any toolbars in 2007 (except the quick access
toolbar)
Thanks for your responses guys

In 2003 you can use the 'line' tool to draw a line inside the
cell. Isn't that toolbar visible at the bottom of the screen in
2007?

I'm trying to double underline a cell in a table in PowerPoint
2007. I can't find an option to do it, either by drawing it or
using the borders tool. Has this facility been removed?
Thanks in advance
Diane
