Default Copying many identical journal pages

I am putting together a book, which is a 3-column task planner (blank) like a journal. It is a very basic planner to get people started organizing their lives.

So the pages are lined and formatted with headers and with spaces where folk write their entries (tasks, jobs etc)

It has A) one facing page with 3 labelled columns for writing tasks in and
B) a second facing page that is for notes. This forms a two-page spread.

I want 90 of these identical two page spreads to form a " blank" 180 page journal.

Therefore I want to be able to quickly copy this original two-page spread 89 times.

Is there an easy way to do this, keeping the page size (9 x6), columns, formatting and allowing header pagination etc
