Am new user of Outlook and very confused. Believe that I have successfully activated in to draw down from an existing email account at Roadrunner, but Outlook now is failing to fill inbox with any new emails and sends message that it cannot find "LDAP directory server (81)" and I do not know what this means or what to do about it. Advice welcome.
