Default Missing reference

Easiest thing to do is go into the VB Editor, select Tools | References from
the menu and unselect the reference to bttnadv.dll (it'll be the one with
MISSING in front among the checked references at the top of the list) and
then do a Compile of your application (under the Debug menu). If your
application compiles, you don't need the reference.
