I installed an older version of Power point from Office
2002 and now my outlook will not come up. When I start it
I get the following message: Unable to open your default
email folders. The .DLL file for the information service
could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the
information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is
correctly installed and configured.
I have reinstalled office XP and still can't get around
the message and can't get back into my outlook.
