The only thing I can think of for one of them, is the
fact that I added a new datafile temporarily to look at
some old email & the other one I assume is because when I
installed Outlook 2003, that I linked my account to my
PST file stored on my laptop...

How do I go about getting rid of everything, but keep one
set of contacts and calendar.....So that my PDa will sync
with it..

It is not necessary to have a Personal Folders file when
running against
Exchange, let alone 2 of them. How did those get there?

Exchange mailbox as your information store. Why do you
also have 2 sets of
Personal Folders in your Profile? Most Exchange
administrators prefer not to
use Personal Folders with Exchange.

Outlook does not show two Contacts Folders
unless
you've
configured it to do
so, even if you did so inadvertently. Tell us
how
you
did this. I'm
suspicious you migrated data incorrectly.
How many Personal Folders Files do you have in
