Default Reminder - Microsoft Responds to the Evolution of Community

That's what it means to Microsoft too. Each of the different variants of a
product (Office 2010 Home & Student, Office 2010 Professional, etc.) is a
SKU. Currently there are 4 (or 5?) different SKUs for Office 2010.

And I assume, though I haven't heard specifically, that YES that support
would be included for people who bought Office 2007 within the free upgrade
period and then subsequently upgraded to Office 2010.

We are offering 1-year of technical support included in our
Office Professional 2010 SKU.

What is SKU? Everkyone on the web seems to know it as "Stock-Keeping Unit"
but that doesn't seem to work, and no-one seems to know what it means in
Microsoftese.

Will this support be included in 2010 installations downloaded under the
"convert 2007 to 2010 free" offer?
