Default getting message about security certificate when I try to send/receive e-mails

On my Desktop, on OE6, every time I attempt to send/receive, I get this
message:

"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate which has
expired or is not yet valid.

"Do you want to continue using this server"?

And I have to click yes to do the send/receive. Also, this message appears
for each possible incoming and outgoing. Thus I have two automatic accounts
that send/receive. So I get the message four times when I click
Send/receive, for the outgoing and the incoming for each of the two
accounts.

At the same time, the OE6 on my Windows XP laptop is working normally. I
have the same e-mail accounts on the laptop as on the Desktop, and all the
specs in Tools, Accounts, Mail for those accounts are the same on the two
computers.

I've googled the message text, but have found nothing.

What should I do to get rid of that message?

Thanks.
