I haven't been following this thread, but if it is for the Web, VBA won't
work. VBA only works on the full version of PowerPoint (not in the Viewer
and not over the Web).

Hi Fiona,

Thanks again for another excellent suggestion.

As I'm testing your suggestions I'm thinking "How is the web surfer
going to be able to return after a drill down?"

I feel I'm going to have to use VBA code.

Any VBA codes out there keeping up with this thread?
Is this possible?

I've been playing around with VBA and find the Low Security for Macros
a bit flaky ( could be me).

i.e. trying to execute another (second .pps) as a bit of a pop up.
Its got no window. Just a show with no frame.

And each time I close the second .pps it asks if I want to save the
changes.
I'm assuming its the width and height changes.

Any help from any VBA coder would be appreciated.

Thanks again all,

baz
