Default How do I line up commas if I am using a decimal tab.

The way the decimals are separated in the Number Sample that appears on the
Regional Options tab of the Regional and Language Options item in the
Windows Control Panel.

In some countries a comma is used as a separator, in others its a period.

But if you want negative numbers in Red, use and Excel spreadsheet in your
document so that you can use Excel's cell number formatting capability.
