I have been having the same problems for weeks in my Outlook 2003 and did
all the suggested "fixes" in the microsoft article. Could someone explain to
me in simple terms how to execute this fix above posted? I don't understand
what I am supposed to do after reading this. I feel like I am so close to
fixing the problem!
