Default "OPERATION FAILED" WHEN TRYING TO ENTER REOCCURING APPOINTMENT?

THIS PROCESS HAS WORKED SINCE STARTED USING MONTHS AGO, THEN IT JUST FAILED
WITH THE "OPERATION FAILED" MESSAGE.. WHY???
