Default Not installed for current user

I followed all the steps and it does not work.

My PC had the same behaviour. I logged in as the temp user, I ran ALL
office programs that interested me and saved a file for EACH of them.
Then I exported the office folder from the registry. I logged out and
logged in again as the regular user and imported the saved folder in the
registry. Then, office programs were working normal.
