Brian,
There's a bug in Outlook 2007. You can no longer remove the Outlook Address
Book service and re-add it to repair the service. All you can do is create a
new profile.

Add the Outlook Address Book to your mail profile or, if it's there
already, remove it and re-add it. Do this with Outlook closed via the
