Have you tried a new mail profile? Recreating accounts has no chance of
addressing a problem like this.

Bill and Brian, I'm experiencing the same thing. I just purchased a new Lenovo laptop and it came preloaded with the Office 2007 30 day trial package. I have 2007, which I am very happy with, so I opted not to use the 2007 option. I tried loading 2003 without removing 2007 and experience version conflicts. So I deleted 2007 and had more problems, so I deleted 2003 and reinstalled it and continue to experience problems including not being able to create an account in outlook because of the error message described above. Is there any way to totally strip all Microsoft Office elements off my laptop so I can do a clean, new install of Office 20003?

Many thanks!
