Default Double Underline cells in PowerPoint 2007 tables

In 2003 you can use the 'line' tool to draw a line inside the cell. Isn't
that toolbar visible at the bottom of the screen in 2007?

I'm trying to double underline a cell in a table in PowerPoint
2007. I can't find an option to do it, either by drawing it or
using the borders tool. Has this facility been removed?

Thanks in advance

Diane
