Conditional Formatting works with BOOLEANs, so your formula must return
either TRUE or FALSE. If TRUE, it performs the formatting, else it check
condition 2 or exits.

find alt + 0160, replace (nothing)
and nothing happened
I tried "data, text toi columns, finish"
nothing happened.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
