I recently had to clean off my hard drive and reinstall XP and Office 2003.
I had previously linked Outlook 03 to my verizon.net email account, but when
I went to pull down the 'Tools/Email Accounts' I get the annoying Critical
Stop sound and the following message: "The operation failed due to a
registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the
problem persists, please reinstall." I did try to reinstall, but alas no
luck.

Any ideas out there?
