Default How to copy/export contacts to the address book in Outlook 200

As we answer daily, it means you have corrupted your Outlook profile and
must create a new one.

I have the same problem. When I attempt to do the following, the option "
Show this folder as an e-mail address book" is greyed out. I think that's
where everyone gets stuck. Why is it grey, and how can I select it?

Russ, you seem in the know.
I have a problem. Am using Outlook 2003.
Have followed instrusctions to bring across addresses from Outlook
Express,
and now have them in my "Contacts" folder.
But... whenever I click the "To..." on a new email, it brings up
"Address
Book" (which has nothing in it).
I followed posted advice to 'select' the Contact' on that screen - but
it
isn't available. I also followed the instructions on the address
mentioned
above which says to open 'folder' go to 'address book' and click "Show
this
folder as an email address book" - unfortunately the area is 'grey' and
unclickable.
I am stuck....

Did you have a question, or were you just showing us you know how to
create
blank replies? The question you quoted is irrelevant since there is no
address book in Outlook and you would never try to transfer data via
the
address book view.
