Doesn't fit any definition of spam that I ever read. No Breidbart Index,
either, that I can see.

Seems to include the verb, /dekimasu/ (出来ます) ... maybe trying to ask if it
is possible to do something. I'd venture to guess your "spammer" is a
Japanese person who realized she (Akane (あか*) being a woman's name) was in
an .en group, instead of a .jp group, and hit the wrong button trying while
trying to bail.
